Sanket Sonography Clinic was facing some issues due to long waiting periods for patients. Although traditional ways of entertainment like TV/ Newspapers or magazines were used, they were not helping a lot. The overall patient-experience was not up to the mark. I came up with a solution of “changing the perception of waiting by incorporating some unconventional solutions." Something that could amuse the patients, and irritation caused due to long waiting can be navigated towards a feeling of “consuming a good piece of information.” I tried creating different touch points in the entire patient-journey where information will be transferred in different ways. One of the first touch-points was this small roll-fold booklet, distributed at the entrance. Sanket Sonography Clinic sees a lot of patients with Kidney-related issues. So I thought of sharing an educational booklet in Marathi which will help people understand different ways to look after their kidneys. Take a look.
